Sarah fell in love with hot yoga five years ago when a friend invited her to a class at The Hot Yoga Spot. Yoga quickly became her life passion. Teaching yoga came naturally to Sarah as she has been a high school teacher at Guilderland Central Schools for more than 15 years.
Sarah enjoys a variety of styles of yoga but found Baptiste to have a special place in her heart. Immediately after participating in the 40 Days to Personal Revolution program Sarah attended Baptiste Level 1 with Baron Baptiste, and within a year, Art of Assisting and Level 2. She began assisting classes at The Hot Yoga Spot and has attended and helped to lead multiple #Unstoppable yoga for youth programs. She also teaches mindfulness and yoga to youth at the St. Rose summer academy and teaches yoga weekly to staff and students in her district.
