Lynn has been loving and practicing hot yoga for more than eleven years. After becoming a regular student of power yoga and Baptiste classes, Lynn decided to pursue teacher training and become a certified instructor. She is currently an RYT 200 hr certified teacher and is working toward her Tier One Baptiste Certification. She has more than 250 hours in recent trainings with the Baptiste Institute.
