Sean

Sean is a yoga alliance certified 200 hour RYT through Styles Yoga and is almost finished with his RYT 500 hour certification at The Hot Yoga Spot. Sean completed Level 1 and 2 Baptiste training with Baron Baptiste, in addition to Art of Assisting and YOD (Your Own Determination/ Yoga of The Day).

Sean's extensive knowledge of anatomy, coupled with his rigorous training schedule give him the awareness to offer intelligent physical adjustments that leave the practitioner feeling seen and supported. Sean started practicing yoga as an avenue for mindfulness and increased flexibility for his other fitness pursuits. When he started practicing at The Hot Yoga Spot, he became enthused with the physicality of yoga. His passion for yoga developed into a devoted personal practice. He enjoys the process of learning about the body and its capabilities and sharing this knowledge with others. Sean has a love for all things involving fitness; including swimming, running, CrossFit, rock climbing, and Jiu Jitsu. He is also diligent with his nutrition and helps coach others to reach their health goals.
